So far I've only watched part of the Bimota and Ducati episodes but they also cover the Jap 4 along with BMW and MV. Covers the history, bikes, etc along with some cool footage and images
Dylan Weiss, the producer of Twist The Throttle, blogs at http://twistingasphalt.com/. Once you get over the fact that he has a 999, a 1098s and an ST3 in his SoCal garage it's quite an enjoyable read.
On a vaguely related note, why do so many Ducatisti insist on referring to the plural form as Ducatista? Grib is a Ducatista; CouchCommando is a Ducatisto; Grib and CouchCommando are Ducatisti; Grib and Celtic are Ducatiste until CouchCommando joins them and they all become Ducatisti; Greg needs a lie down.
